Hello internet, I am me, and me is dave.  I am an artist.  I am not a machine.  Not in the literal since at least…  but since this site is here to showcase my visual art, so I shouldn’t really discuss my mad Mario Kart skills on here…

Art has been around my whole life, and I absorbed as much of it as possible, regardless of whether I wanted to or not.  I try to find something inspiring in everything, even if I do not agree with it, or just do not like it.  I beleive that adds a range and openness to what I can do visually.

I graduated from The Art Institute with a Bachelor degree in Media Arts and Animation.  Those degrees seemed to change every quarter, so I’m not certain if that one even still exists, but basically I focused on computer animation, rendering, and character modeling.  With that degree I was able to obtain my current job, where I do everything from concept design and pre-viz rendering to sales flyers and graphics.  I enjoy what I do, but I try to constantly challenge myself and fill my pallet with new and create ways to get my ideas across.

Hopefully this site can show a bit of my world.  Enter if you dare……
